Tipping?Tipping the driver is entirely up to you. Drivers accept tips and many customers do tip, usually between $5 and $20. If you’ve received great service and want to make the driver’s day a little brighter we know tips are always greatly appreciated.

Is the equipment sanitized?Yes, prior to each new rental, all equipment is cleaned and sanitized. The equipment is also inspected for safety before each rental. We treat the equipment as if our own children were using it.

Are sheets included?All crib reservations include a mattress, mattress pad, and fitted crib sheet. Pack n Play rentals include a fitted sheet. Should you need additional sheets, please contact the local operator.

Is the equipment new?All of our equipment is either new or in excellent condition (gently used). We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our merchandise. Each item is thoroughly inspected before each rental.

SafetyWe select only top-rated products and manufacturers in the baby industry to use as rental items. Our inventory includes items from Cybex, B.O.B, Stokke, Britax, Graco, Fisher Price, Safety First, Summer Infant, and Lil Tikes. We want you and your little one to feel right at home using the same high quality baby products that you would select for your own use. On rare occasions we may need to substitute a similar item, you will be alerted to any substitutions before your delivery day. We thoroughly safety check each item after it is returned and we carefully clean, launder, and sanitize every rental item. We use organic and hypoallergenic detergent and cleanser to clean and launder all our items. We also carefully monitor the recall status of all our children’s products.

Is there a delivery charge?Yes, there is a one-time delivery charge which includes delivery and pick-up. We regularly work with hotels, property managers, and local owners to obtain access to a unit so everything is delivered prior to your arrival (and picked up after you depart). The amount of the delivery fee varies by location. Please check the specific location page or contact the local operator for more information.

Damage & Dirty PolicyWe love our gear and take great care and pride in delivering you pristine baby gear. So please love our stuff like it’s your own. If the words “eww,” “yuck,” “gross,” or “disgusting” or “uh-oh” are used by our delivery team when we pick up our gear, you can look forward to a cleaning / repair charge of up to $35. If any items are lost, stolen, or damaged we will charge your credit card the cost of replacement or repair in addition to the rental costs. If your baby is teething, we highly recommend that you use crib guards.

Will you install car seats?We cannot install car seats for liability purposes. However, we are more than happy to provide the instruction booklet for you, should you need it. Most guests find that our car seats are easy to install.
