COVID-19 Policies

We use dye-free and fragrance-free laundry detergent and professionally wash all linens, breathable bumpers, and seat covers in hot water at our warehouse.

 

Each item is meticulously cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectant after pickup at the rental location. Items are then inspected, wiped down, and/or sprayed with disinfectant spray. 

 

Then we clean the gear AGAIN before delivery and use all-natural all purpose cleaner to clean the items and finalize with hospital grade disinfectant spray after items are cleaned before they go out to you.

 

All gear is delivered with our drivers using personal protection equipment including gloves and a face covering.

 

We only rent gear that we would use for our own children.

 

To maintain safe social distancing we can accommodate doorstep deliveries.  All items, including our full size foldable crib (which is assembled, 42 pounds, and ready to go), can be left in a safe place for you upon arrival and you can leave the gear for us in the same place when it’s time for us to pick up.

 

If you would like us to enter your home and set-up the gear we’re happy to do that. Please respect our driver’s personal space while showing or telling where you’d like the gear.
